I review it with a working specialty contractor's eye (electrical, structural steel, demo, project management) and send back a plain-English written review. You provide: up to 40 photos or one plan set (up to 25 sheets), site context, and your questions. You get: a findings memo with a risk level for each item, marked-up photos or sheets, a punch list, 5-10 questions for the GC, and flags where a licensed pro is needed. Turnaround: 48 hours. Scope: field observations from contractor experience. This is not a licensed inspection, engineering stamp, code certification, or permit sign-off. For safety-critical items I will tell you when a licensed electrician, engineer, or inspector needs to look.
