I show up at the scheduled time, walk the areas you're authorized to access, and document it the way a contractor would: progress against what was promised, visible quality and safety issues, material on site, and what's blocking the next step. Area: within about 30 miles of Lee's Summit or downtown KC. Includes up to 1 hour on site. You provide: address, access contact, your checklist or questions, and the schedule, scope, or plans if available. You get: 40-80 timestamped photos organized by area, a written site report with issues and open questions for the GC, and your completed checklist. Turnaround: book 1+ business day out; report within 24 hours of the visit. Scope: field observations only. Not a licensed inspection, code certification, or permit sign-off. I don't enter restricted areas or perform work on site.
