This is a remote verification-only assignment; no in-person canvassing is required. The four property addresses and existing public contact details will be provided privately only after the researcher is accepted. Applicants do not need to submit a detailed four-property process; selection is based on US presence, calling capability, Wednesday Pacific-time availability, responsiveness, and deadline commitment.
For every property, use the privately supplied lead data and legitimate public sources to identify or confirm an appropriate public contact. Call during reasonable business hours and record: whom you contacted, the number called or documented contact-search trail, call date/time PT, outcome (answer, voicemail, or no answer), what was confirmed about bedroom count and property configuration, whether a current or upcoming 4BR rental exists, expected availability, monthly rent if obtainable, and the public source used. Clearly distinguish confirmed facts from inference. If a contact does not answer, make at least two reasonable attempts at different times and check at least one legitimate alternate public source. Do not claim that a non-response verifies anything.
No deception, pretexting, harassment, trespassing, or requests for private tenant information. Identify yourself truthfully as a researcher verifying public rental information. Do not record calls without consent. Submit the complete verification report by Wednesday, August 12 at 7:00 PM PT.
A complete written verification report covering all four privately supplied properties, with a separate record for each. Each record must state the public contact name and working number or documented contact-search trail, call attempt date/time and outcome, confirmed bedroom configuration, confirmed current/upcoming 4BR rental status, availability and rent if obtainable, source links, and concise verification notes. For unanswered contacts, document at least two call attempts at different times plus one alternate public source. All four properties must be addressed by Wednesday, August 12 at 7:00 PM PT.
EVIDENCE DETAILS
Submit one structured report containing four clearly labeled property records using the property information supplied privately after acceptance. Include source URLs and call logs with date/time and outcome. Do not submit private personal information, call recordings, unverifiable claims, or screenshots containing sensitive data. Support will manually review the evidence; reasonable, specific corrections may be requested.
