Greek Union is an app for fraternities and sororities, and we are running a $10,000 cash prize for the top chapter in the country. We are hiring students to get the Greek houses on their own campus signed up — any US college with fraternity or sorority life.
WHERE Your own campus. Tell us which school you attend when you apply. We are opening campuses one at a time and almost every campus is still unclaimed — which is where the biggest bonus is.
TWO WAYS TO DO THIS
Your own network — no canvassing needed. If you are in a fraternity or sorority, take the flyer to your own president, social chair or recruitment chair. Any one of those three can put the entire house on the app with a single text. If you are not in a house yourself, send the flyer to friends who are, and ask them to pass it to their chapter leadership. Your own house counts, and so does a friend's.
Walk Greek row — the shift work below, if you want the $40 on top.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Work Greek row and knock on fraternity and sorority house doors, weekday afternoons and early evenings — that is when houses are occupied. Ask for the president, social chair or recruitment chair. Any of those three can put an entire house on the app with one text. Give them a 20-second pitch, hand them a flyer, and ask them to drop it in their house group chat while you are standing there. Put up flyers as you go.
Follow your campus's own rules about where flyers may be posted. If a spot needs approval or a stamp, get it — do not post anywhere your university does not allow.
HOW YOU GET PAID $100 for every chapter you sign up. Paid once the chapter is verified by us and reaches 10 members. One download earns nothing; a house of ten earns you $100. $150 instead if you are the first person to land a chapter at a brand-new campus — right now that is most campuses. $40 per completed shift (about 3 hours), paid on proof — photos of your flyers plus your written house log. No proof, no shift payment. Two chapters in one shift is $240. There is no cap on bounties.
Chapter payments are posted to you as a separate bounty once verified, so the money is real and in your name before you accept it.
WHAT YOU MUST RECORD — THIS IS HOW BOUNTIES GET PAID For every house you pitch, write down: the exact chapter name (Greek letters, e.g. ΣΝ / Sigma Nu), the university, and who you spoke to and their role. We match your list against sign-ups in our system. If we cannot match it, we cannot pay it.
FLYERS You will be sent the flyer once you are accepted. Print it to hand out in person, and send it digitally to friends in Greek life or straight to chapter leadership — a flyer in a house group chat works as well as one on a wall. Post your photos in this chat as you go — send them a few at a time, around five per message, rather than one big batch at the end.
GOOD TO KNOW This is in-person work on your own campus. You need to be a student there, or otherwise able to get onto Greek row on weekday afternoons.
A completed shift means: (1) photos of every flyer you put up, and (2) a written house log posted in this chat listing, for each house you pitched, the exact chapter name in Greek letters (e.g. ΣΝ / Sigma Nu), your university, and who you spoke to plus their role (president, social chair, or recruitment chair). No proof, no shift payment.
