Physical Android app QA + outdoor location tracking, one tester

One combined physical-Android app and outdoor-location test. Fixed tester pay $12.71 USD, about 60-75 minutes plus setup coordination. Accept only if comfortable with the complete scope/pay. Honest bugs and clean passes both count.

SETUP: BEFORE timed work agree a daylight slot, timezone, PUBLIC landmark/map pin and safe walking waypoint >=350m away. No home address, driving, trespass or travel purchases. Wait for written confirmation of THIS accepted/confirmed in-person job, geocoded site, 150m radius and sufficient deadline. Do not start unrelated jobs. Tracking is opt-in from Start until job end; fixes go to RentAHuman, authorized admins may audit raw points (30-day TTL); poster sees state/distance/history, not exact route.

1. INSTALL/ACCOUNT: Record model/Android, app version/code, automatic clock/timezone, network/battery settings. Install https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ai.rentahuman.app from Google Play; expected 1.1.0 (7). Different build/install blocker: report and wait for confirmation. Narrate intro; fresh own signup/verification/onboarding; sign out/in; one wrong password/recovery. Keep one dedicated test account. This build lacks the later wallet fix.

2. BROWSE/NAVIGATION: Scroll/search/filter/clear/refresh jobs; open 3 details (remote/in-person if available). Open unrelated Apply then back out without submitting. Show My Work/Messages; test Android Back, rotation, background/return. Apply only to this job, no unrelated messages.

3. SETTINGS/WALLET: Edit test profile/bio/skills/photo, save and verify after returning. Check help/legal, notification/job-alert allow/deny and persistence after relaunch. Wallet/history: open Set up payouts, cancel/dismiss, retry, background/return; capture loading/errors/recovery. No bank/card entry, purchases, memberships, deposits, withdrawals or transfers.

4. START: At site before Start, record time and no tracking; coordinator checks no pre-start points. Show consent, precise foreground/background permissions, GPS, tracking notification and battery optimization. Tap Start task; allow intended permissions. Wait up to 3 minutes for first fix; record actual latency/status. This is a field target, not SLA. Coordinator checks fresh on-site point. Missing setup/Start is BLOCKED, not PASS.

5. FOREGROUND: Network/app foreground. Walk safely >=350m from center, hold 3 minutes, return near center, hold 3 minutes. Timestamped public-landmark photos and short movement clip; avoid bystanders. Show distance/on-site/outside/return states. Coordinator checks fresh points/history/accuracy. Off-site distance must exceed radius plus accuracy; weak GPS is separate.

6. LOCKED: Precise/background and network on. Record lock time, lock for 8 uninterrupted minutes while walking safely; record unlock time, no mid-interval app reopening. Independent timing/second-device waypoint clip if available; continuous locked-screen video not required. Coordinator checks capture AND receive times during lock, source/movement/accuracy. Field target >=3 valid distinct points, no moving open-sky gap >6 minutes. Report actual gaps; separate any battery-setting retry.

7. OFFLINE: Keep GPS on; disable BOTH Wi-Fi/mobile data for 12 minutes while walking. Record times locally. Coordinator checks Offline after >10 minutes of silence, not false new off-site from missing data. Reconnect/return to app if necessary, record recovery delay. Coordinator checks original capture vs later receive times, unique IDs/no duplicates, replayed movement and fresh recovery.

8. PERMISSIONS: Disable location and return to app so it reports change; show warning. Restore precise foreground/recovery. Try approximate and record actual accuracy/warning; restore. Deny background but allow foreground: show Limited tracking and actual background behavior. Resume/restart only if offered, record it. No immediate server revocation expected while OS-suspended.

9. END: Prepare report, record end time, complete test using delivery/completion control to stop tracking. Show Tracking stopped; walk 5 minutes with no new Start. Add post-end evidence in chat. Coordinator checks no newly captured/stored post-end points, distinguishes delayed pre-end uploads. Force-close/reopen AFTER stopping; verify it remains stopped. Leave sessions ended.

10. REPORT: Private playable MP4 app clips with English microphone narration (taps/expected/actual/errors), site photos/short movement clip, lock/offline start/end times + timezone. PASS/FAIL/BLOCKED/NOT TESTED for every numbered substep with evidence timestamps; each bug: repro, severity, expected/actual, workaround, video timestamp; 3 improvements. Coordinator adds redacted server correlation: IDs, capture/receive, accuracy/distance/state/source. No location PASS without movement and matching fresh server evidence. Resolve setup blockers, never fake a pass. Hide passwords, OTPs, verification links, inboxes, emails and bank/private data; pause sensitive entry then resume.
