I can visit businesses, shopping areas, commercial locations, or events to collect real-world information that is difficult to verify online. This service can include competitor pricing, signage, promotions, product or service availability, customer traffic observations, storefront photos, local market conditions, and other requested data. I will provide clear photo documentation and a concise written summary of findings. Standard service includes one nearby location, up to 60 minutes of fieldwork, up to 10 photos, and a written report. Multiple locations, extended observation, interviews, purchases, or longer travel can be quoted separately. Primary coverage: Broward County. Miami-Dade and Palm Beach assignments available when travel is practical.
