Basic Troubleshooting: Visual inspection of status LEDs, cable connections, and physical damage, including photo documentation for your remote IT team. Setup Assistant: Assistance with unboxing, racking, and cabling new hardware based on your schematics or video guidance. Logistics & Travel Policy: Base Location: Lübeck Travel Ready: Available for data centers, offices, or remote locations throughout Germany and Europe. Expense Policy: For tasks outside local radius, all travel expenses (flights, trains, accommodation) are billable in addition to the hourly rate & require upfront payment)
