A professional bartender behind your bar for three hours, anywhere in the Rotterdam area. I run The Rumah, so this is my day job.
Included: pre-event call to agree the drinks list, bar setup and breakdown, serving throughout, and a tidy handover at the end. I bring the know-how and the shaker tins; you (or your venue) supply the drinks, ice and glassware — happy to send a shopping list and quantities based on your headcount.
Good for house parties, launches, tastings, and small corporate evenings. Dutch and English spoken. Travel within Rotterdam included; further afield by arrangement.

One hour of me actually being somewhere in Rotterdam and doing the thing.
Typical jobs: collect or drop off a package, queue for something, check whether a shop or venue is really open and what it looks like inside, photograph a location or a notice, scout a venue for an event, or pick up an order and deliver it across town.
You get a short written report and photos where it makes sense. I know the city well, I'm quick to reply, and I'll tell you straight away if something isn't possible rather than guessing. Dutch and English. Rotterdam and immediate surroundings; anything further, just ask first.

I'm Eddie, a bar owner and hospitality entrepreneur based in Rotterdam. I run The Rumah on Oude Binnenweg 110-C, so I spend my days doing the real-world things AI can't: pouring drinks, hosting rooms full of people, and getting things done around the city.
