I am an experienced administrative, customer service, and operations professional with a background in Medicaid provider enrollment, office administration, scheduling, records management, and team leadership. In my current contract role with the State of Iowa, I enroll Medicaid providers, verify physician applications through government websites, enter applications into the state mainframe, and track license expiration dates and training requirements. I also bring hands-on experience managing a pet care business, including supervising and training a team of 15 employees, handling reservations and appointments, maintaining customer and employee records, processing accounts payable and receivable, coordinating schedules, ordering supplies, and supporting social media marketing.
