I have managed multicultural, multinational and multidisciplinary teams in Africa and the USA. I am a dual USA-Zimbabwean citizen. I have represented organizations in public forums, donor meetings, statewide collaborations, and government partnerships. I bring a collaborative leadership style, strong advocacy and facilitation skills, and deep experience improving access and outcomes for refugees, disadvantaged youth, children, and families. I also have a strong appreciation for diversity and culture, and love bringing people together in spaces where cultural discovery can occur.
