I am currently building SignalBox, a tool which cuts customer feedback response time by auto-triaging customer complaints from Twitter primarily and Discord into critical bugs, feature requests, and spam. Most projects still rely on Discord tickets while users are complaining on Twitter. Background in smart contract security (Solidity and Rust auditing, Slither, CodeQL) and ZK privacy (built private voting on Solana using Noir circuits).
