Technical Data Analyst | SQL, Python, Root Cause Analysis & Reporting
I am a technical analyst and data professional with a First-Class MSc in Data Science and Analytics and experience investigating complex data, payment, and technical issues from initial discovery through root-cause analysis, resolution, and documentation. I use advanced SQL, Python, Excel, SAP 800, and SAP CRM7 to analyse large datasets, identify recurring patterns, improve business rules, and produce actionable reporting.
