I am a network and security engineer with hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise network, data centre, cloud, and cybersecurity infrastructure. I lead network revamp and implementation projects involving FortiGate firewalls, high availability, BGP routing, SD-WAN failover, IPsec VPNs, VLAN segmentation, LACP, RADIUS authentication, Wi-Fi redesign, and infrastructure monitoring. I have supported regional environments across Malaysia, Singapore, Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Philippines, India, Thailand, and Colombia. My experience includes PCI DSS-focused firewall policy tuning, change management, security vulnerability remediation, network documentation, asset management, and new-floor network deployments. I also bring Level 2 and 3 technical support experience for Sangfor security and cloud-computing solutions, including HCI, VDI, proof-of-concepts, customer consultation, incident response, SLA-based outage remediation, risk assessment, and technical documentation. I communicate effectively with customers, project stakeholders, sales teams, pre-sales teams, and R&D teams, and can work independently or collaboratively to resolve complex infrastructure issues.
