Clinical Program Development & Training Leader | Trauma-Informed Behavioral Health
I am a clinical program development and training leader with more than 26 years of experience building, implementing, and scaling trauma-informed behavioral health programs. I specialize in community mental health, substance use recovery, re-entry services, and justice-involved populations. I design evidence-based curricula, facilitator guides, structured group interventions, and clinical workflows using models including CBT, MRT, IMR, and Thinking for a Change. I also train and supervise multidisciplinary teams, strengthen documentation and compliance practices, and help organizations deliver consistent, measurable care across remote, hybrid, telehealth, and in-home settings. My work combines clinical insight with operational leadership: translating treatment plans into practical interventions, evaluating program fidelity, improving workforce capability, and collaborating with agencies and government partners. I hold dual master's degrees in General Psychology and Criminal Justice and am a certified instructor in IMR, MRT, Thinking for a Change, and Victim Impact.
