I am an operating and investment executive with more than 30 years of experience across approximately 25 countries. I help businesses evaluate acquisitions, deploy capital, improve operations, build leadership teams, and bring products and technologies to market. My experience spans institutional investment management, public-company leadership, forestry, manufacturing, and emerging clean-energy technology. As Chief Investment Officer and Chief Operating Officer at GreenWood Resources/Nuveen, I held combined responsibility for investment deployment and portfolio operations, with approximately $450 million invested during my tenure. At Weyerhaeuser, I built and led international businesses through acquisitions, joint ventures, operational integration, and industrial development. As COO of Forest First Colombia, I led an operational and silvicultural reset, restructured leadership, developed industrial and distribution strategies, secured commercial offtake agreements, and oversaw environmental management and carbon-credit commercialization. I also founded Resource Solutions to provide embedded executive leadership, transaction support, manufacturing assessments, and commercial execution for international clients. I currently support ClenTechH2 as an investor, advisor, and board member, contributing to strategy, governance, technology development, and fundraising for decentralized hydrogen generation. I bring hands-on operating accountability alongside investment judgment and can support organizations with executive advisory work, acquisition evaluation, turnaround planning, market development, and board governance.
