Community & Ground Network Builder | Tier 2/3 India, Hindi Content & Startup Ecosystems
I build on-ground networks and community systems that connect hyperlocal expertise with real demand, especially across Delhi NCR, Bihar, and the Mithila region. I work on community organizing, event execution, ground verification, government-scheme research, and startup ecosystem mapping across Tier 2, 3, and 4 India. I also create Hindi and Hinglish content, UX onboarding copy, localization workbooks, and analytics-led social media strategies for founders and consumer brands. My experience includes leading community and social media initiatives for a national entrepreneurship program, building founder communities, and creating ventures focused on mentorship, startup infrastructure, and regional entrepreneurship.

The tester documented a critical signup blocker and feed/guest-browsing failures with device details, severity, reproduction steps, expected versus actual behavior, and video timestamps. The findings were useful, though the account blocker limited coverage of authenticated flows and the evidence map did not clearly describe all submitted attachments.
