I am a Tissue Culture Manager and horticultural scientist with hands-on experience establishing and operating plant tissue culture laboratories. I specialize in cannabis micropropagation, meristem culture, custom media formulation, aseptic workflows, and protocol development. I have built tissue culture departments from the ground up, created SOPs, developed compliant ex vitro rooting processes, and managed lab scheduling, equipment maintenance, inventory, and staff training. My R&D background also includes potato cultivar micropropagation, ELISA testing for PVY strains, liquid-feeding and decontamination protocols, and citrus disease-resistance research using CRISPR, callus culture, protoplast transformation, plasmid extraction, and grafting.
