I am a results-driven Senior PMO Consultant with over 10 years of experience in governing and delivering complex, multi-billion-pound infrastructure programmes across diverse sectors including rail, highways, nuclear, and public sector environments. I have a proven track record in managing PMO frameworks, integrated planning, risk and assurance, and senior stakeholder engagement on flagship UK mega-projects such as HS2, Hinkley Point C Nuclear Plant, and the National Highways RIS3 programme (£27bn). I excel at establishing 0-to-1 PMO functions, driving delivery excellence, and embedding governance structures that deliver measurable outcomes. My expertise includes designing and maintaining end-to-end PMO governance frameworks for large portfolios (e.g., £1bn Operational IT assets), developing RAG-status reporting dashboards and KPI scorecards, and streamlining escalation pathways. I've led programme planning, baseline scheduling, and governance assurance for significant national infrastructure investment decisions, managing integrated master schedules and implementing structured document management frameworks. I am also skilled in integrated planning and schedule management using MS Project and Primavera P6, setting up early warning monitoring systems, and implementing RAID-based risk controls. My experience extends to leading end-to-end migration of change control and scope management processes onto digital PMO platforms, collaborating with finance, risk, and delivery PMs for earned value management. I have successfully directed PMO operations for portfolios of 30+ capital and public sector projects totalling £100M+, ensuring strategic alignment with investment priorities and funding cycles, and delivering flagship projects on time and within budget through rigorous control and governance.
