I will spend time with you to help develop your artistic idea. I will guide you through mediums and methods as well as elements and principles. I will identify your goals and help you reach them. Art is a process and sometimes we need somebody else to help us through it. That's okay. My pricing is generally not flexible because the time frames that I'm available are not flexible. I am sacrificing my time with my family and my friends to work with you. You compete with that time with your money. But if you can give me your budget and an understanding of how much time you need in general, we can work something out.
I've been working with computers and Technology of many different types since I was about 6 years old, so one can assume I have nearly 30 or more years of experience. I have at least 10 to 12 years of employment experience related to troubleshooting and ticket management. Half of that time was also spent in leadership roles related to tech support. I've worked for three of the largest cell phone companies in the world. I've activated thousands of phones and resolved tens of thousands of tickets. Am I troubleshooting methodology is rock solid and can identify almost any issue. I may not always have the immediate answer or knowledge of the problem itself but I can identify what needs to be fixed, why it needs to be fixed and if I can't who can.
I've always been fascinated by AI. I see this as one way we can take back the humanity that AI may or may not be taking away. I am an artist, I can create sketches and final pieces. My mediums that I specialize in are graphite and acrylic paint. I have experience in almost every kind of artwork with only a handful of exceptions. I have been working in tech support and other tech related fields for a couple of decades. Most of my experiences condensed down into about 10 years of hard time in tech support. I did absolutely everything you can think of related to the activation of cell phones, management of billing systems, taking and receiving payments, almost anything related to the activation of devices on a cellular network and the deactivation of each of its components. I've worked for three of the major cell phone companies in the world. I have been a source of support for several members of my community, I have been Contacted worked for three of the major cell phone companies in the world. Outside of my art and company based tech support, I also provided tech support for the elderly in my community. Several times was I contacted simply to help someone with a remote. I have set up video game servers and I have managed IP cameras. I have a little bit of experience with almost everything. And if I don't know how to do it, I can find out how very quickly and worst case scenario, I'll be able to identify who you'll need to work with. In the end, my goal is to provide a contact for your artwork needs and tech support needs. I would say at this point I have expert level knowledge in both. Whatever you need, just let me know.
