I’m a project manager experienced in guiding projects from initiation and planning through delivery and post-launch review. I manage scope, budgets, schedules, and risks while keeping stakeholders informed and cross-functional teams aligned. My experience includes leading four concurrent projects and coordinating teams of up to 20 people. I work with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies and use tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, and Confluence to organize work and track progress. I can help with project planning, delivery coordination, KPI reporting, process improvement, and project documentation, including charters, RAID logs, and meeting minutes. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Project Management, along with PMP and Certified ScrumMaster certifications.
