I am a hands-on principal contractor and construction operations specialist with more than a decade of experience in high-end residential remodeling, structural repairs, property maintenance, and renovation project management across New York City and Westchester County. I manage projects from initial scope development and estimating through material sourcing, trade coordination, site safety, quality control, and closeout. My practical expertise includes structural and finish carpentry, custom cabinetry, framing, deck construction, brick and mortar repair, stucco matching, tile and waterproofing systems, drywall finishing, fixture replacements, and maintenance repairs. I also build detailed line-item estimates, material takeoffs, bid templates, and budget-control models to support accurate pricing and profitable project delivery.
