I’m a project manager and backend developer who helps remote teams turn requirements into clear plans and deliver working software. Since March 2025, I’ve coordinated software and AI-related projects at Sylphora, defining scope, priorities, milestones, and timelines while working with developers and quality teams to resolve blockers and track dependencies. My backend development experience includes building services with Node.js, NestJS, Express.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript. I design REST APIs, implement business logic, integrate databases, and collaborate with frontend developers to troubleshoot integrations. I also use Postman, Git, GitHub, Docker, and CI/CD workflows to support testing and delivery. I can help with project coordination, requirements gathering, task allocation, progress reporting, risk tracking, and QA coordination. I create practical plans, spreadsheet trackers, meeting notes, and shared documentation that keep teams aligned. My project work also includes designing AI content evaluation workflows with review standards, acceptance criteria, quality tracking, and escalation processes.
