I am a Melbourne-based business professional with broad experience across financial services, banking, client service, administration, sales, marketing, events and running my own small business. I am very good at taking on tasks that may be unclear, time-consuming or difficult to organise and working out what actually needs to be done. I can research and compare options, make phone calls, deal directly with businesses and service providers, gather information, organise documents, conduct interviews, assist with customer or client matters, attend appointments, inspect or photograph locations, test services and provide clear and useful feedback. I hold a Bachelor of Business and a Diploma of Financial Planning and I am currently completing an Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing. My background includes banking and wealth advice, insurance, superannuation, legal administration, business development, client service and operating my own business. I communicate confidently with people from all different backgrounds and I am comfortable asking questions, following things up properly, dealing with practical issues and finding a way to move something forward. I do not need every step explained to me and I am comfortable using my own judgement where appropriate. I am available for remote work across Australia as well as suitable in-person work throughout Melbourne. I am particularly interested in business research, mystery shopping, customer experience, field research, interviews, property-related assistance, administrative projects, client liaison and unusual one-off tasks where someone practical, reliable and capable is needed.
