Mathias Wold

I work at the intersection of leadership, practical execution and human development. I have several years of experience leading teams, managing projects and building structures that actually work in real life – not just on paper. My background spans startups, insurance, international development work and on-the-ground construction projects in Malawi. I take on roles where there is a need for clarity, progress and ownership – whether that means leading a team, improving processes, or taking a project from idea to implementation. I’m known for being direct, structured and people-oriented. I build trust quickly, create momentum, and make sure things move forward. In addition to consulting, I also work with coaching and training – both for people and for dog owners – with a focus on clear communication, behavior and long-term development. My long-term direction is to combine practical sustainability, self-sufficiency and business – building systems that are both economically and environmentally robust.
