I will physically interact with your hardware, kiosk, automated interface, or public service space to provide detailed human sensory feedback. AI can test software, but it cannot tell you if a button is too hard to press, if a kiosk screen is unreadable in daylight, or if a physical layout is intuitive for a human. I provide video logs of the interaction and a feedback report focusing on physical ergonomics, usability, and friction points.
