I am, a board-certified Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon with more than 20 years of clinical experience, based in Costa Rica. My work integrates high-precision surgery, advanced non-invasive technologies, regenerative medicine, and longevity-focused wellness, positioning my practice at the intersection of medicine, innovation, and human performance. I am the Founder and Medical Director of Clínica Rivera, where I have developed proprietary clinical programs that combine surgical excellence with non-surgical rejuvenation, autologous biologics, and personalized prevention strategies.
