I am a QA Analyst with more than five years of experience delivering quality assurance for insurance and banking software. I design test strategies, create test plans and test cases, execute functional and regression tests, validate APIs and data flows, and manage defects through to resolution. My experience includes life and non-life insurance products, claims, RCA, ETL processing, data integrity checks, batch monitoring, and banking payment flows, including Mastercard. I work with SQL to validate data quality and transformations, Postman for API testing, Playwright and Gherkin for automated testing, and Jira and ALM for requirements, test management, and defect tracking.
