AI is not just changing tasks. It is reshaping how organizations allocate knowledge, structure decision-making, develop talent, and create value. My work focuses on the intersection of **AI governance, AI adoption, organizational transformation, and the future of work**. I help organizations translate AI from technological potential into practical, measurable, and human-centered change. Not by treating AI as a standalone tool, but as a structural force that changes workflows, leadership, organizational design, decision-making, and the role of expertise itself. I am the creator of the **AI-Barbell Model** and the **Human Capital Allocation Framework (HCAF)**, two conceptual frameworks that explore how AI reshapes organizational structures, talent allocation, professional work, and the distribution of human and artificial intelligence. My research and publications focus on themes such as **allocation intelligence, responsible AI, AI agents, governance, psychological safety, organizational redesign, labor market transformation, and the changing role of knowledge workers**. Through **Damies Future Intelligence (DFI)**, I advise and support organizations on: • AI governance and responsible AI • AI adoption and organizational readiness • Future of work and organizational redesign • Human-centered AI implementation • Executive sparring and strategic scenario thinking • AI literacy for leaders, professionals, and teams • Data quality, trust, and adoption dynamics • The impact of AI agents on work, roles, and decision-making My approach combines governance, strategy, and human behavior. Successful AI transformation is rarely limited by technology alone. The real challenge is organizational landing: trust, adoption, psychological safety, role clarity, leadership, decision-making, and the ability of people to work confidently alongside AI systems. Alongside my advisory work, I teach and develop executive education at institutions including **Erasmus School of Accounting & Assurance (ESAA), Maastricht University, and NCOI University**. Through **ManagementPro** and **Damies Future Intelligence** publications, I write about AI governance, future work scenarios, organizational transformation, labor markets, human expertise, and the rise of AI-driven systems. I believe the organizations that succeed in the AI era will not necessarily be those with the most technology, but those that best understand how to redesign the relationship between humans, intelligence, and work itself. **AI calculates. Humans convince.**
