Liz Ntimin

I am a dedicated Direct Support Professional and Behavioral Health Technician with experience supporting individuals with developmental, behavioral, and daily living needs. I assist clients with activities of daily living, medication administration, transportation, meal preparation, housekeeping, appointment support, and goal-focused care. I am skilled in behavior redirection, crisis intervention, de-escalation, progress documentation, incident reporting, and maintaining safe, organized client environments. I work closely with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support continuity of care, positive behavior changes, independence, and overall wellness. I bring compassion, patience, strong communication, and reliable documentation practices to every client interaction. I am also CPR and First Aid certified and speak French and English.
