I am a DevOps and operations engineer experienced in building, maintaining, and supporting development, QA, pilot, and production environments for Java-based web, e-commerce, and backend applications. I design highly available hybrid VMware, datacenter, and AWS infrastructure; configure CDN delivery and edge caching with Akamai; and implement monitoring and alerting with New Relic, Splunk, PagerDuty, Pingdom, and Nagios. I also manage traffic routing and failover through F5 devices, support user access auditing across Active Directory zones, and coordinate closely with engineering and support teams to deliver reliable releases and patches. I maintain clear operational documentation using Jira and Confluence and focus on uptime, performance, security, and dependable incident response.
