My name is Bryce Packard, I've been working in construction for most of my life, but at the age of 12 I started working on several fruit orchards in the area of Spokane Washington where I was raised. I was taught how to prune trees, grapes and how to pick fruit in a way that doesn't damage or buise it. When I was 14 my family moved to Ogden Utah where I began my career in residential and commercial construction. From the age of 14 till I was 19 I worked in the trades, learning how produce quality workmanship in every area of construction that exists. At age 19 I was promoted to a management role and became the project manager for the company that I was working for. This was a great experience and the knowledge gained in this role opened many opportunities in my future. Went I was 32 I decided that I wanted to learn and gain experience in the oil and gas industry, so I located a reputable company and applied for a management position and I win the job, but it came with a stipulation. The stipulation was that I must work as a laborer for at a minimum of 6 months to gain the experience that I needed to be able to effectively manage future projects. After 3 months I was promoted to a position as a working foreman and I worked in this role for 3 months. Once 3 months had elapsed I was again promoted. This time from a laboring management role to a purely management role. There is where I've worked till now.
