Arzu Ökmen is an experienced professional with over 30 years of expertise in business development, international trade, operations, coordination, customer relations, financial processes, and executive support. Throughout her career, she has worked with both international and local companies across a variety of sectors, including construction, real estate, trade fairs, education, finance, audit, manufacturing, and corporate services. She has extensive experience in managing business relationships, coordinating complex operational processes, supporting senior management, and developing international business opportunities. As the Founder and General Manager of Loyal Show Fuar Organizasyon Dış Ticaret A.Ş., she represented an Iraqi investor in Türkiye and managed business development, company operations, financial processes, recruitment, client relations, and international trade fair activities in Erbil. She also continued working independently in business development and real estate-related projects following the company's closure. Earlier in her career, Arzu held managerial and coordination positions at Babacan Holding and Deloitte, where she gained strong experience in financial control, audit scheduling, resource planning, compliance, reporting, and operational coordination. She also worked as an Executive Assistant to senior executives at major international companies. Arzu has an educational background in Foreign Trade and additional certifications in professional and corporate coaching, career counselling, executive coaching, communication, and management skills. She is proficient in MS Office and SAP and has high-intermediate written and spoken English skills. With strong communication and organizational abilities, a proactive approach to problem solving, and extensive international experience, Arzu is adaptable, self-disciplined, and comfortable working in multicultural and fast-paced environments.
