I help Chinese companies assess and enter the U.S. market, with a focus on establishing operations, building commercial partnerships, raising capital, and navigating cross-border negotiations. My experience spans investment banking, corporate finance, institutional relationships, strategic advisory, and international business development. I connect companies with government agencies, hospitals, universities, research institutions, investors, and professional advisers to support expansion and commercialization initiatives. I have particular experience supporting opportunities in healthcare, medical devices, biotechnology, artificial intelligence, digital health, advanced manufacturing, fintech, and smart infrastructure.
