Studio Manager & Recording/Mix Engineer | Music Production, Live Events and Tour Logistics
I am a studio manager, recording and mix engineer with over 20 years of experience in music production, live events, touring and driving. I founded and manage an independent recording studio, overseeing client communication, scheduling, logistics, quotes, payments and the full delivery of recording, mixing and mastering projects. I work closely with bands and singer-songwriters to bring their creative vision to life, with extensive experience recording drums, guitars, vocals, piano, keyboards and synths. I am highly proficient in Pro Tools and Logic Pro, and have worked with a wide range of analogue consoles and outboard equipment, including SSL, Neve, API, MCI, Audient and Focusrite systems. Alongside studio work, I have extensive touring and live-event experience, including crew leadership, production support, equipment logistics and driving LWB Transit and Sprinter vehicles across the UK, Europe and the USA. I am comfortable managing fast-moving schedules, maintaining professional equipment, coordinating teams and providing reliable, client-focused support from planning through delivery.
