For most of my career, the craft was technical, architecting systems, leading engineers, shipping software that organizations relied on every day. I loved it, and I'm grateful for everything it taught me about reliability, discipline, and the quiet honesty of code. But the ground has shifted. AI has erased the boundary between idea and implementation. Building is no longer the bottleneck, thinking is. And that has changed what it means to lead. So today, my focus isn't on which framework or which language. It's on mindset, how to see further, decide better, and turn possibility into something real. I work at the intersection of innovation, productization, and transformation, helping teams and organizations move from "we use AI" to "we think differently because of AI." What I bring is a way of approaching problems, structured but open, ambitious but humble, fast but considered.
