I am a creative and detail-oriented administrative and marketing professional with experience in graphic design, social media management, content creation, reservations, customer service, and team leadership. I create promotional graphics and business collaterals using Canva, produce basic marketing videos with CapCut, and manage social media posts, captions, schedules, and page updates. I also support daily operations by coordinating reservations and bookings, responding to customer inquiries, preparing reports, business proposals, memorandums, and other official documents.
