Project Engineer & Manager | Transport Electrification, ADAS & Automotive Systems
I’m a project engineer and project manager with experience in transport electrification, automotive systems, manufacturing industrialization, and technical training. I combine a background in mechatronics and electrical engineering with an MBA in strategic project management. At Société de transport de Montréal, I support electric bus initiatives by structuring requirements, coordinating engineering and operational stakeholders, contributing to technical specifications and tender evaluations, and planning tests and validation activities. I help connect vehicle systems, charging considerations, maintenance needs, and operational readiness. Previously, at Prevost Car within Volvo Group, I led ADAS programs from concept through industrialization. My work included project planning, budget and risk oversight, supplier co-development, system integration, verification and validation, and production and in-service support. I also led root cause investigations and corrective actions to improve field reliability. I can help teams turn complex technical needs into clear requirements, actionable plans, and traceable deliverables. I’m comfortable preparing technical documentation, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing engineering changes, facilitating technical meetings, and communicating progress and risks to decision-makers. My earlier experience includes launching a vocational training institute, developing hands-on industrial training, and supporting automotive wiring-harness production readiness. I work in both French and English.
