Robert Ressl is an ethical hacker and offensive security expert with 22+ years of experience in penetration testing, red teaming, and infrastructure security. Based in Switzerland, he serves as Associate Director and Global Practice Leader for Offensive Security at Kyndryl, where he built a 23-person global team from scratch, managing a $6M budget across 11 countries. His team has delivered 100+ engagements for banks, insurers, Fortune 500 companies, and critical infrastructure operators across Europe, the US, and Asia. Results include full Active Directory takeovers, undetected red team operations against live SOCs, and critical OT/ICS findings with physical impact potential. Robert holds 42 certifications including CISSP, OSCP, OSEP, OSWE, and CRTO. He contributed to the EU DORA regulation draft (AmChamEU Working Group, Brussels) and conducts FINMA-regulated and TIBER-EU aligned Threat-Led Penetration Tests for Swiss financial institutions.
