I sit at a rare intersection: real estate operator, corporate banker, and active crypto participant since 2020. Over the past 10+ years, I've structured complex financial products at OCBC, scaled Brighton Real Estate to 100+ people across 28+ cities in Indonesia, and spent the last few years deep in DeFi protocols, CEX/DEX markets, NFTs, and the emerging RWA tokenization narrative. Most people building at the intersection of real estate and Web3 come from one side or the other.
