I am an Environmental Health & Safety Specialist with more than 15 years of experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, construction, transportation, and logistics operations. I develop and implement OSHA-compliant safety programs, conduct audits and inspections, perform Job Hazard Analyses, investigate incidents and near misses, and drive corrective actions through root cause analysis. I am an OSHA 500 Authorized Construction Trainer and hold ASP, CHST, STSC, HAZWOPER Trainer, forklift train-the-trainer, confined space rescue instructor, and high-angle rope rescue instructor credentials. I deliver practical safety orientations, toolbox talks, emergency drills, and ongoing workforce training, including multilingual programs for English, Spanish, and Ukrainian-speaking teams.
