The tester completed the core persistence check and reported that the uploaded photo disappeared after refreshing and resuming onboarding, with extensive screenshot evidence. However, the report omitted required details such as browser/device, severity, exact reproduction steps, and an evidence map, and the oversized attachment set was not reduced as requested.
