Technical writing is grounded in deep research. Before I write, I study the technology properly. I go through documentation, system behaviour, edge cases and real user friction points. I look at how the product is built, how it fails and how people interact with it. Writing without understanding is noise. I do not write noise. I then shape the content to match its audience. Engineers need precision and architectural context. Product teams need alignment and impact. Executives need clarity and implication. Customers need guidance that feels simple, even when the system is not. The same technology, different lenses. My strength is bridging those layers without diluting accuracy. I can move from low level technical detail to high level explanation without losing coherence. The result is documentation that is technically sound, strategically aligned and genuinely usable. Good writing should reduce friction, not add to it. That is the standard I work to.
Hi, I’m Piyumi. I enjoy figuring things out and bringing clarity to complex problems. I’ve worked in SaaS and cloud environments solving technical issues, refining AI prompts, and writing clear documentation. I’m good at translating complicated concepts into simple, practical solutions. Calm, analytical, and persistent I like turning chaos into structure.
