Street real-identity onboarding QA — 10 testers in the US, Europe, Canada and Singapore
Ten slots, one tester per location: US — New York, California, Texas, Florida, Washington (5); Germany, UK, France (3); Canada and Singapore (2). Apply only for your actual country/state of residence and testing. We select manually to fill each slot once. China and Hong Kong are outside this study.
Street is preparing a paid QA study of individual onboarding and real identity verification. We need original, granular feedback from adults using their own account and truthful identity. Up to 60 minutes including reporting, plus one brief status recheck within 24 hours if verification remains pending. Compensation is $40 for a complete, honest report regardless of KYC approval, decline, review or a technical blocker.
Each tester documents the full onboarding journey and one assigned recovery/device scenario. Provide two scenario sections, numbered steps, expected versus actual behavior, timings, exact redacted errors, device/browser versions and redacted screenshots. A successful test is also useful; no minimum bug count.
Test from your actual location. One person, one account, one assignment. Own valid supported ID and camera may be required for the designated live verification flow. Read all data-processing and retention notices before opting in. Identity documents and face capture go only through that flow, never into applications, messages or evidence. No ID numbers, SSNs, DOB, addresses, passwords, OTPs, legal names or private session URLs in reports. Pause optional recording for all sensitive steps.
No deposits, trades, investment commitments or account transfer. Use only your own genuine identity and actual location; complete verification normally. Do not falsely certify accreditation or self-initiated entry. The test-enrollment route must be confirmed before work begins. If a form cannot be answered truthfully, stop and document it. The exact test URL and scenario are provided after acceptance. All work communication, reports and payment remain on this platform.
Apply with current country/state, device/browser, camera availability, QA experience and document type/issuing country only. No ID uploads, private financial details or account credentials.
This is remote work from your own home/device in one of the listed locations; no travel is required. Recruitment is open now; the test session starts only at an agreed time after the test enrollment path is ready.
Checklist for both scenario reports: (1) opening the assigned link; (2) signup choice; (3) account fields and validation; (4) email delivery/confirmation if shown; (5) social step and optional fields; (6) legal-name fields; (7) country/state; (8) address/postcode; (9) phone format; (10) confirmation wording; (11) eligibility options; (12) agreement readability/consent; (13) transition to identity; (14) provider loading; (15) supported document choices; (16) camera prompt; (17) capture instructions and quality feedback; (18) own-document submission; (19) face/liveness instructions; (20) progress and errors; (21) return to Street; (22) status consistency; (23) refresh and sign-in persistence; (24) mobile layout/accessibility; (25) assigned interruption/recovery; (26) final result and total timings. Mark each Pass, Fail, Blocked or N/A with an observation. Report every material bug with exact steps, expected/actual behavior and redacted evidence.
Scenario A is your full truthful onboarding journey. Scenario B is assigned for coverage: camera-permission recovery, desktop-to-phone handoff, closing/resuming before capture, session persistence, address/locale/name handling, mobile layout, or network/background recovery. Use a single account; do not repeat identity submissions merely to create another scenario.
