I am an award-winning screenwriter, published author, graphic novelist, and licensed clinical social worker with an MFA in Screenwriting for Television and Film. I write and rewrite feature screenplays, develop psychologically rich characters, strengthen story structure, refine dialogue, and improve pacing in collaboration with producers and creative teams. My scripts have been optioned, produced, and recognized by film festivals and competitions including the Austin Film Festival, Vancouver International Women’s Film Festival, LA Femme International Film Festival, and Final Draft Big Break. As a former Austin Film Festival Script Reader, I provide thoughtful script coverage and actionable feedback on character, structure, dialogue, and overall storytelling. Drawing on more than 20 years of clinical practice with children, adults, and families, I bring deep insight into human behavior, conflict, motivation, and authentic emotional stakes. I also teach character-development and screenwriting workshops and have produced an independent web series from fundraising through completion.
