I am an experienced security, event operations, and customer service professional with a background supporting retail stores, large-scale events, warehouses, and public-facing venues. I conduct indoor and outdoor patrols, monitor for theft and safety risks, manage access and crowds, help visitors, and coordinate with law enforcement when needed.
