Registered Respiratory Therapist | Critical Care, Ventilation & ECMO Support
I am a Registered Respiratory Therapist with 14 years of experience delivering adult respiratory care across emergency, critical care, trauma, and general floor settings. I have worked in MICU, STICU, CCU, and CVICU environments and am experienced supporting Level I Trauma, Code Blue, and Rapid Response teams. My clinical expertise includes mechanical ventilation management and weaning, ventilator graphics interpretation, capnography, APRV, HFOV, BiPAP/CPAP, arterial blood gas collection, artificial airway management, and advanced respiratory therapies such as nitric oxide and heliox. I also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams caring for ECMO patients and have experience with major ventilator platforms including Servo, Dräger, PB 840, Hamilton, Respironics, and LTV. I am comfortable navigating Cerner, PowerChart, and Epic and bring strong communication, organization, and team leadership skills. I have served as a night-shift lead therapist, led a ventilator weaning committee, participated in a VAP committee, and trained and oriented new respiratory therapy staff. I am available to support hospitals as a travel respiratory therapist by providing reliable, compassionate care where staffing needs are greatest.
