I am a CompTIA Network+ certified IT professional with experience managing IT operations across multi-property hospitality environments and military communications operations. I oversee infrastructure for three hotel properties with more than 800 guest rooms, supporting network uptime, guest systems, printers, cameras, key systems, POS, IPTV, and property-management system integrations. I have supported full hotel openings by building MDFs, coordinating with vendors, deploying network and low-voltage infrastructure, and resolving operational issues on schedule.
