I provide drone-based photography and visual documentation services, including high-resolution imagery and 360-degree photo capture of highly specific locations, whether in forested areas, remote sites or urban environments. Remote and hard-to-access locations are not a constraint and are approached with the same level of rigor, planning and compliance. I hold an Advanced Drone Pilot Certificate from Transport Canada and have several years of operational experience, complemented by piloted aircraft experience (PPL). My background in architecture, BIM and municipal inspection allows me to approach each assignment with a strong technical, regulatory and spatial understanding. I operate primarily across Quebec and Ontario, with regular activity in Estrie, Outaouais and the Laurentians. I am also able to cover broader Canadian territories, including New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island, depending on the scope and requirements of the mandate. I am fully autonomous for field access and logistics, including remote and off-grid locations. Deliverables can be provided in multiple formats, including DNG (RAW), PNG, JPG and JPEG, depending on client needs and post-processing workflows. I can also deliver datasets specifically prepared for photogrammetry, ensuring consistency, overlap and technical readiness for 3D reconstruction and spatial analysis. Reports and visual outputs can be produced in English or French. All deliverables are comprehensive, detailed and adapted to the specific objectives of each project. A detailed breakdown of fees can be provided upon request, clearly outlining how time was allocated, including travel, flight planning and execution, data management, post-processing and flight authorization management when applicable. Detailed quotes and formal estimates can also be prepared in advance to match the scope, constraints and objectives of each mandate.
