I’m a senior software engineer with over 20 years of experience building software, leading teams, and delivering complex projects from architecture through production. I work across full-stack applications, Salesforce platforms, enterprise integrations, and production AI systems. At Podium, I build internal tools for Customer Success and Onboarding teams using Elixir/Phoenix, React/Remix, Python, Salesforce, and Snowflake. I’ve designed and shipped LLM-powered agents that communicate with customers, including tool and playbook design, orchestration, human-in-the-loop escalation, tracing, and feedback loops. I also build AI-assisted migration tools to map, enrich, and validate customer data, and bring machine-learning-driven churn and expansion signals into customer success workflows. My Salesforce experience includes custom Apex integrations, Lightning Web Components, territory assignment, quoting and pricing tools, CPQ, billing workflows, and customer reporting. I’ve led accounting integration work with NetSuite, QuickBooks, and Sage Intacct, and built systems connecting business applications with payment platforms and customer data. I can help teams build practical AI workflows, integrate complex systems, automate business processes, and create reliable full-stack applications.
