I’m an administrative and operations professional with experience in executive support, UX research data collection, warehouse operations, and retail bookkeeping. I help teams keep records accurate, coordinate schedules and workflows, and complete detail-oriented tasks reliably. My recent work includes conducting on-site UX tests, assessing user flows, labeling and validating data for machine learning projects, and documenting interface bugs and user interactions. I also have hands-on experience picking and packing automotive parts, auditing inventory, and using handheld scanners and warehouse management software to track shipments and stock levels. Previously, I managed daily bookkeeping and cash reconciliation at a high-volume retail store and supported an executive vice president with meeting coordination, business directory maintenance, performance tracking, and personnel onboarding. I bring strong organization, clear communication, discretion with confidential records, and a practical approach to solving operational problems. I’m proficient with Zoom and Microsoft Teams and continue building my Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 skills.
